On 12th of April, our club organised a ‘gotong-royong’. We helped clean the newly built school pavilion because it was really dirty. Besides that, we even helped rewrap the tables there with plastic sheets as most of it are torn. Our president, Lee Ching Ching, divided us into a few groups. The first group is in charge of sweeping the floor. After sweeping, the second group helped mop the floor whereas the third group helped rewrap the tables. Although it was really tiring, however our hard work paid off when we saw that the school pavilion is neat and clean.
On 9th of April, UCSI University has organised a Science and Maths Quiz that is held in YMCA hall. This quiz is opened to Form 4 and 5 members of Science Club. Our members managed to grab hold of a place in the finals of this quiz which is going to be held at 27th of July 2016 at UCSI University.
Please be informed that a morning session society meeting will be held on 29/3/16 (Tuesday) starting from 1.45pm to 3.00pm. All society members are required to attend the meeting.
Joint effort with ASA institute to organise a motivational workshop named “Seven Habits of Highly Effective Teens”. This workshop is run by young, cheerful and witty Mr. Nicholas Oliver Magee from Britain, by using the reference from the same book title, written by Sean Covey.
A quiz is held on 22th July at Sixth Form Physics Lab for F1 to F5 students, organised by Science and Technology Society.
Club members attended the INTI College CSI Forensic Workshop.
It was a fun and exciting approach to learn Genetics.
Dissection of rats was carried out in a meeting of the club. The aim was to understand the anatomy of rats and to learn techniques of dissection.

On April 26th, 29 members of the Science and Technology Club attended the Space Day 2014 organised by Astronomy Club of Chung Ling High School. Events include water rocket launching and team building activities.

A number of Form 2 and Form 4 Science and Technology members visited an international science fair held at RECSAM Penang on 8 Mac 2014. Our members had the chance of approaching booths and understanding many awesome science projects. Members that participated in this event agreed that they had an unforgettable experience there and gained knowledge in science.
